Hi i have samsung s5830 from colombia with android 2.3.6
when digit *#7284# saysme:
right hard key: back Please use the menu key

when digit *#9090#
no make anithing action

when try with digit *#197328640# -> 9 -> 4 -> usb diag
only show 5 options, and in common not show usb option

try with samsung 3g tool v9.4 select s5830 model and show this

this is the reason the software cant read the phone how modem and the imei is 000000000000000

you know how put the phone in usb diag?

nothing happening what can i do?

can not enter freeze code or any other code i can only do dismiss.

if i check lock status , *#7465625# all locks are off.

Same thing happens to me, iv'e selected S5830i and I direct unlocked it and readed codes but nothing happens.

Also if check lock status all locks are off and when I try to change the network mode the phone asks me to insert sim card when sim card is already and pin code entered.

finally the solution is unlock with another tool , i not sure if maybe i received infraction if says setool can do it. sorry moderator but my z3x never can unlock this model
