do not misguide scv31 cannot be unlock like this. anyway unlock is possible with some tricks thanks to AU KDDI still allow to make it happen..

check imei cert condition by *#0011# if pass it can be unlocked by current method.

i am n need o unlock this phone,please can tell me how to activate diagnostic port, i tried the option in z3x but phone restarts and its not going to diagnostic port,i have also rooted with ping pong

mister faheem sir, can you provide me the way of unlocking this phone using z3x, i have tried to enable diagnostic port trhu z3x, but its not working, there is a small trick to do that, i think its by using the calculator but not sure how.
if you can share how to unlock it will be very helpful
