unlock sm-J700f problem

i'm using z3x samsung tool pro to unlock sm-j700f,after unlock get imei 00000000then ask me press sim network unlock pin???what is code number?
help me....thanks.

after Write back nv_data autobackup,i get back orig imei after unlock again imei like 00000000.

yes phone locked if you write back nv_data

please attach nv_data 1st backup and backup after unlock trying.
we need check something
