unlocking s5360 with samsung tool - GSM-Forum

can you give me a step by step instructions what i need to unlock this phone with samsung tool. all i see when i open it is card not found.. waiting for connection.

At this point you can't unlock anything.

Check if drivers are correctly installed because soft can't find your box, that's what this message means.

Try to another usb port to youre computer and check the drivers.

if you want to unlock Samsung S5360 y, you need first to root it then use Z3X box..
root is Root and other Apps for Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 - xda-developers
you shall be amazied how easy it is...
after downloading the root do not unzip it just leave it as it is, then copy the zip file on to SD card and insert the SD card into your s5360 while the phone is OFF. then hold volume down + power, then chose reboot from SD card, after it's done turn ON the phone and connect to PC or Z3X box, go ahead unlock it.. you will get 5 messeges on the handset just accepet them one at time... that's it ...your done
