USB device not recognized - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I have read some previous posts but there is no clear answer to this.
I have tried different cables and usb sockets etc

My PC and the Z3X box fine together but every now and then I get "USB device not recognised"

Has anybody got a solution to this please ????

If your cable is working OK with another Box / getting same error on all Cables ,
Then probably you have damaged your box hardware , Contact your re-seller in this regards.
[If your Box is in warranty , You will get free replacement else You can buy new Box only without card / Repair your damaged Box.]

thank you for your reply, I really appreciate it.
But box works great on other phones

Only have problem I think with the S4 with the 5.02 software

I have had no support from Z3X

i not understand how your problem related to box???

phone connected direct to pc,
pc not detect device.

how z3x box here????

i think you have to spend some time by this

Hi

I appreciate the response.

And also that it is not the fault of the box.

However I was banking on some advice from your vast experience and knowledge.

bro all you have to do its do the combination
power bottom+vol up+home bottom

there will be an option that its say enable usb debugging
hit that option reset the phone check if phone show up on pc
let us know plz dont forget thanks bottom as well.

Thank you bro, do you mean "apply update from ADB" ?

Also thank you for taking the time to respond, I have managed to find a method and will try your advice on the next one.

What I did was; I flashed the 4.4 kitkat software on and the PC instantly recognised it and the Z3X unlocked in seconds, great.

Then to finish off I flashed back up to latest 5. etc Lollipop

Hope this is helpful for the ones that read and a thank you would be nice
