What is qcn ,i have read that if we make Non provisonal qcn then device will be unlocked Please answer Will help in killing many myths So we can use our z3x box with great productivity |

Respect QCN, it ONLY has the information referred to network parameters and values, NOT simlock data (it's like setting am/fm and frequency in a stereo radio, if you dont set these values, you can not listen what you want.
