Weird problem with G925T on 5.1.1 OF8

Well I have my G925T and I just recently noticed that my baseband is unknown and I said like WTF is this but my phone has imei and full signal bars and LTE I haven't had an issue only that sometimes fingerprint doesn't work and the normal wifi issue that I can't fix even with the build prop edit, has someone had this issue before? Btw I restart the phone and it comes back normal and then sometimes it goes unknown again

I had couple of customers that have the same issue somehow they got "Unknown Baseband" and I told them did you took it to somebody else ... but unfortunately I had to repair their IMEI ... so you must repair your IMEI , Unless you made a back up ...
