hi there
i was trying to unlock but gave me eror so i tried to flash but in the midle it says bad ask so plz can u give me the proper firmware and should i flash it with z3x or multiloader

is it samsung s5620 or 5260 ???

Flash it using multiloader 5.65. It is hard to set up this program becouse user interface is damaged, but can be used.
Use all this files: boot, apps, rsrc, rsrc2, factory fs, csc, shp app.
Take care that battery is not less than 60%.
