why failed to updTE card firmware.....


hi z3x team...

i just bought a brand new z3x box samsung..then i installed completly perfectly with no errors occured...

when i try to update card firmware bcos shell command nid to update card firmware from 1.5 to 2.2 but i got error.. no rply or cannot connect from online sever until i had reached the max of 3 attempts...
and it cannot use to any z3x box samsung software because card not found but show connected and show card info from the shell

pls i ned help from the team and from the other z3x box users

note: i have high speed net connection

its Could be problem in your internet Connection maybe too slow,try to uninstall antivirus ,firewall off and Check

hello..

i have wired lan high speed internet connection... even i downlaod the latest ios7 of apple device takes only for 40 mins...

how could you say that?

ok i try again checking firewall...

problem solved.....

i just off my anti virus ang firewall and update again.. it works for me and success..
