wierd g7102 signal problem - GSM-Forum

dear members
i got 2 samsung g7102s with signal problem.
one of them was repaired just with flashing an indian firmware but the second which was brought to me by another customer has signal problems still.
i have written fine qcns.
i have wiped EFS and repaired IMEI number.written qcn again.i have written cert file to make IMEI failed,pass and even after that it has no signal.
the signal comes and goes for a few seconds but theses errors are shown when i try to call:
emergency calls only,no service,network not available(not registered on the network if i switch to another brand simcard.)
please asist me.i really don't know wha to do.i have z3x box.
