Does it require root or no ? I have tried many time on my s8 plus Sprint but it said

Root your phone and after root install a new one super user and open once must,some the installed super user doesnt work
after that check,if error again,then change your phone dm+medem+ab
Inshallah after that unlock will work

Network lock means
some phones stolen and that will be blocked on some countries or network can work only in a few countries or on a few networks,then u have to unlock that for all countries and networks
