Yes sure,i always repair all: IMEI,PRODUCT CODE,SERIAL
In which case are you?IMEI correct and serial 00000?
If yes,use the method I told you download SRS samsung unlock tool from here,install and use guide:
srs-samsung-unlock-Install

Now repair your imei and remember that if you are repairing an i9300 use i9100 option to repair imei.
When imei and product code are good (remember to select only repair efs,imei and product code,no serial here) and use COM option and not USB in repair option.
MAke the rebooting process completed (when is at 80-90% phone is already rebooted so you can connect now uart) connect it and make process completed.
Now use the other software to change serial (see my old post) and remember to add imei and serial both.
Now your phone have a good serial ,imei and product code too
SOmetimes is needed to change another time imei with same procedure using i9100 option
IF you see other threads you see other people have made complete repair
WHEN YOU REPLACE EMMC OR YOU ARE IN THE CASE THAT HAVE IMEI NULL AND SERIAL 0000 BEFORE TRY TO REPAIR flash in odin mode and select PDA option this file that is an efs repair
WHEn you flash it your efs now is semi-good because you have to change serial,imei and product code but now it's not iMEI NULL

IF you want more details ask (however remember with some version of firmware z3x doesn't work well and if you are in the case of it's not found your uart cable it's for that!!)
SO my advise ,when you are in the case of IMEI NULL and no screen in *#9090# make a downgrade on one of the first versione of 4.1.2 and start from here (better to make a full wipe)
There are many technics to REPAIR EFS and restore this partion (techniclly the problem are only in nv_data file ) without z3x box too but with this is easyer,even if some incompatibilities sometimes can cause problems

in this way, unfortunately, can not be back network only after using the patch., But I would say that this method is old. now and can with the last update that you change and Repair IMIE ONLY one click and very easily.and can reflash rom with connect to the Network with out patch.

At first I will re-process change imie .this time type imie as you like original or not-original ( If you had written the original will not need to patch in the end the subject. but sometimes the network does not work with original imie)

1. Select Model i9100 and Select port
2. The first arrived USB in Mobile. on repair choose com press pepair
4. Type imie no. press ok
5. After Rebooting phone .... remove the USB cable. Put cable RJ45



if the network not work Follow the following

download this file http://www.arizandroid.com/patch/ariza_JBv02.zip and copy it your sd card by using volume up + home + power buttons get into cwm menu and than
- install zip from sd card
-choose zip from sd card
