Dear supporter i have Z3X Pro and EASYJTAG PlUS together in windows 10
They work properly until today
Today i face strange problem with Shell!!!!

Can not download file!
Server say :
FAIL: You have not access to this file!

disconnect z3x >>> problem not solve
Uninstall and Install EasyJTAG and Z3x >>> problem not solve

EMMC Tool , EasyJTAG , Z3x Pro working properly and i have no problem with Application

the problem is SHELL !! I Can not download any file

With Z3x >>> Can not download file!
Server say:
FAIL: Your are not logged in

With EasyJTAG >>> Can not download file!
Server say :
FAIL: You have not access to this file!

Can someone help me??

1-Are you sure you’re using the latest version of shell?

2-Any conflicts with box drivers or card?

3-Have you tried to run maintenance through shell to see if card is recognized?

Dear Friend Thank you for your attention

1- Yes i use lastest version of shell , easyjtag , z3x

2- I didnt update or delete any driver and they are ok because all of the app (emmc tool , eastjtag , z3x , 2g tool) working ok and i use this app daily

3- From setting tab in shell click the Card Info >>> this info showed to me
Card SN , Card Type , Card Version , Reseller , Card Activated Date
and then i click the hardware wizard and Card Status is CONECTED ( with green font)

Dear friend i have this issue with all files in shell and today i reinstall all driver but problem not solve

for that phone (G532M) use the lastest 4 file firmware version BL file and PIT (in CSC file) in write by vendor tab

if you have easy-jtag, then you can download files only from easy-jtag folder.
