You were downloaded 25 files from the support area which were the limit of per day,just wait for completely 24 hrs you will download again from the support area.

I downloaded 25 files in 2 days not in 1 day.
And after my last download more than 40 hours gone,
and still the same problum.

i thnik u have use download accelator,if yes then uninstall from pc & try again.
