hi there i m unlocking sgh z240 samsung but it gives error
reading sys info error
Last time i had this error so i changed the mobiles imei it worked fine but this time i m unable to unlock this mobile it keeps on giving same error any help regards

2. Tread body.

2.1 In tread body use full description of problem not waste our and your time while we will ask this:
- phone models,
- status of phone before any job with phone,
- phone firmware,
- cable which you use,
- if possible - screenshots or full, not cutted log of each jobs.
2.2 Posts with "up, up" or "??????????????" or other comments like this will be deleted and after 3 post this acces to z3x section will be blocked for spammer.
2.3 NEVER USE SN OF Z3X CARDS IN FORUM OR SCREENSHOTS.
IF WE WILL SEE ANY SN - THIS SN WILL BE BLOCKED FOR 2 WEEKS

and i used cable v804 combo and mobile is z240 and phone status i chose was flash mode

Qualcom mode method (only usb):
1. Power on phone.
2. Type *#197328640# -> common -> usb config -> Qualcomm mode
3. Connect USB part of 2in1 cable, setup drivers.
4. Choise qualcomm diagnostic port in port settings.
5. Choise unlock method: Read codes or Direct.
6. Press Unlock SP button.

Samsung mode method (2in1 cable):
1. Power on phone.
2. Type *#197328640# -> common -> usb config -> Samsung mode
3. Connect 2in1 cable, setup drivers.
4. Choise port of RJ45 connector in port settings
5. Choise unlock method: Read codes or Direct.
6. Press Unlock SP button.

check first that,does you have z240 or z240E,than proceed with unlock using manual.
