hi z3x team
please my problem is that my box can't detect smartcard , when i change smartcard to an other reader it works fine

Check SIM Connector, Clean it and retry again.

hi there same problem my box gone down today- in device manager drivers are ok- but says card not found tried repair will not find it

1st you have to check where is problem
card or box.
then you have to repair dead card or check box sim/pins.
