Hi guys, just bought z3x box on 10th november 2011 but have problem. whenever i run z3x shell i get messege card not found yet i have installed all the drivers. can someone help me out coz its a new box.

Remove Card from Reader and put again.If don't solve delete Driver from
Device Manager.After connect Box in another USB computer port and try

your card sn star from? FF are 00?

card reader not found
my serial star by FE

The problem is this plastic GPG box doesn't work, same problem for me, use pkey

your card is new top card ,will work with pkey reader , put your card in pkey and try

if sn of card start from 0 so you have shlumberger cards.
if sn of card start from F you have gemalto top cards and you need use pkey reader drivers. so try install pkey reader drives.

shlumberger:- Just use Infinity box driver

ITS ALWAYS DRIVER MAKES THIS PROBLEM....

PLS CHECK WITH mobilecare.vcl'S DRIVER AND POST RESULT..
