Z3X box [card remove] problem

I just bought an z3x box samsung (X edition red) 1 week ago..

whenever I use the USB direct on box
it gives me a problem "card removed" then the software was Hang..

even at the first date that I received the Box
and the first phone I tried
I faced this kind of problem on my new box.

at first I ignore it coz I thought it was on the phone problem
but the following days, tried another phone to unlock via usb
always card removed everytime I plug usb phone direct to the box
5 phone was tried and same problem

until today I'm about to unlock S5570

I can only succed when I direct the usb from PC to phone
I try also to plug the box into other usb port of my pc but same problem

should I return it the box to my reseller?

please advice if I have to return it or do you have solution that you can share.

where is the team? . . . . . . . . . . . .

May be you have Box hardware Problem or USB Main A 2 B Cable



If your Box Not in Warrenty .. Remove smart card and Put in another box and try it


I am not Sure . Check this first .

my box is still in warranty coz I bought it a week ago..

1st Confirm Here Z3x Brand You Use Mr.Blang OR GPG?

This is main cable problem, use original cable not like printer cable.
also don't let your box while you working if box connection loose this problem comes,.

I Also facing same problem, my box its GPG version....

read above, change usb cable between box and pc.

And NEVER use usb port from box !

Also don't plug rj45 after soft started detection.

Any bad contact when touching or moving box can produce this "card removed" problem.

Already tried, with cable Y A-B, same problem, already tried with pkey reader and z3x box as interface, and now box get disconnected...
Conclusion... GPG z3x box *****..

Check power options -> usb selective power option -> disable

same issue
 

I have a gpg version , same issue I am facing. Ordered for New Z3X without card . Hopefully it'll work.
