Z3x box doesn't show on device manager - GSM-Forum

hi everyone i have an z3x box that i bought 4 years ago and i was using it on windows 8 now i have installed windows 10 and then i download latest shell and installed it but when i connect the box to the laptop it doesn't show in device manager so i can install the drivers? any solution please?

You must be upload screen shot then will see you problem
i m window 10 user must be mention before upload the post
os 32bit or 64bit
window profesional or home

try to untick auto sign drivers for win10

then download drivers via shell, connect box and install drivers manually.. and post results

FIRST U NEED DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL LATEST SETUP OF SHELL
AFTER INSTALL JUST CONECT Z3X BOX WITH PC
NO NEED TO INSTALL AND KIND OF DRIVER
WINDOW 10 AUTO PIK THE DRIVER
YOU NEED JUST INSTALL COMPORT DRIVERS MANUALLY MAY B
I M USING WINDOW 10 FROM LAST SIX MONTH WITHOUT ANY EROR

This is driver problem in windows 10 . Disable driver signature in safe mode during boot up. then try to install driver again in windows 10.
