I restore eeprom in atf box while z3x was connected.
card can be detected now with z3x software but not the com port, any help ?

load AFT ept file.change mprog to edit mode and change VID to 0403 and PID to 0011 and
description to "Z3X USB Serial Converter" .save this as z3x ept file and program it to your box.

I did exactly the same thing myself yesterday. And have exactly same problem!!

use mprog to write the eep and be sure that only z3x connected

search in atf section process is written there for ATF box.same process you can use for z3x box.open z3x box and see which ftdi chip is used and select that chip in device type.mu file is for FT232BM and file by moustafatch is fot FT23R.
