i9505 imei repair done!:

1. USB debuging on
2. Root manualy with CF-Auto-root (flashed via ODIN in PDA section)
3. *#7284# - set "UART" to PDA (Default is PDA)
4. *#0808# - set "USB" to AP (Default is AP) ,,,, set "USB settings" to DM+MODEM+ADB (Default is MTP)

All done!. Phone may search for network little bit longer but it will sign into network after while (max 2mins).

Hello
I have three brand new i9505, untouched
I follow Thorenzz manual.
One of these is succesfully repaired. Two is impossible to detect in uart

Exactly same flash(4 parts orig. flash not the one package, flashed with odin and with pit), same root and same repair steps.
Tested with two different pc, two different z3x box and one nspro
(and yes after first reboot--> *#9090# --> choose uart--> reboot)

Before the operation the uart cable work :

Code:
Selected model: I9505
Selected port: COM3 Z3X BOX Serial Port
Selected port speed: 115200
Reading phone info...
Build: M9615A-CEFWTAZM-4.0.17062
Done with Samsung Tool v.15.0
In the repair operation not work:

Code:
Selected model: I9505
Selected port: COM3 Z3X BOX Serial Port
Selected port speed: 115200
Searching ADB device... OK
Reading phone info...
Model: GT-I9505
Android version: 4.2.2
Product code: Not Active
Phone version: I9505XXUAMDF
PDA version: I9505XXUAMDF
CSC version: I9505OXXAMD8
IMEI: Unknown
Checking Super user right... true
Writing data to phone... OK
Rebooting phone... OK
Now connect phone to UART cable
Checking phone at COM3
No answer from phone
Done with Samsung Tool v.15.0
The uart cable work again after the repair was failed "Read info":

Code:
Selected model: I9505
Selected port: COM3 Z3X BOX Serial Port
Selected port speed: 115200
Reading phone info...
Build: M9615A-CEFWTAZM-4.0.17062

Hmmm.... Very strange, same fw, same steps, same cable....I will suggest factory reset and then start whole process again. and make sure that UART is set to PDA not MODEM,,,,,Also after 1st stage of repair, when phone reboots quickly check *#9090# and if not selected then select DM over uart and reboot...

Sorry i cant help in that case, but i managed to do 3 units allready with mine method posted above. Andother thing to mention is that i tried so many times on NSPRO and OCTOPUS without any success. I managed to repair IMEI only with z3x box.

sgh s4 i9505

work 100%
funciona al 100%
Se neserario el root
Lo descargamos
http://es.ready2root.com/info/galaxy-s4-i9505
es muy fácil de instarlar abrimos el odin
e instalamos el en PDA el archivo .md5
conectamos el s4 en modo download y en 30 seg root

para repara imei es necesario estos 2 pasos
1. *#0808# - DM - MODEM - ADB
