The z3x box i received from gsm server is not working

The z3x box i received two days ago from gsmserver(kristina Dobey) is not working.I regret to have brought five items at once from gsmserver.Techsupporter unable to solve problem and they refuse to have seen latest screen shot about z3x box connection on driver manager that i sent them several time,they just keep on commenting on the first screen shot i sent them concerning box driver issue.There is no driver problem with my computer and i tested box on a clean computer but same problem.I test a friend's z3x box on my computer it was ok.This items cost me a lot of money.I need this tool to start working or a refund for this box.Please supporter,what can i do?

I don't use MX-key and i am using xp on my computer.There is no driver problem on my computer just the z3x box'card not found by program or setup.I tested someone else's z3x box on my computer and this work ok.I do not have anti-virus on my pc.I try it on a clean computer but same problem.i use polarbox,infinity;cyclone;furious;ns pro;jaf box,ufs;utc box;dreambox,smart-clip ,se tool;etc and i have 3 computers henceforthe that z3x box i received from gsmserver(kristina Dobey) two days ago is not working,i think they ought to change this item or refund my money.

If smart Card Not Found error and Your Card Sn Start From FF Then

Try To Install Card Driver From

C:\Program Files\Z3X\Reader Drivers >Cypress Reader Driver

I have done this but same problem,this is not driver problem but the z3x box i received from Kristina Dobey(gsmserver) is not working.And the problem is not about error on screen,it just show card not found.The only solution to this is for them to change this box.Thank you.

I have got a reply from techsupport(gsmserver) on this z3x box not working.That they will send me instruction where and how to send back this box but i must i agree that if this box work at their office they will make me pay for two way shipping,so i agreed since i know this box is not working.But i am still waiting for this instruction,i wish this could be done in time.

I am using the latest shell for z3x box and tried to update card but same problem.Card not found...

is your Z3X box come's with P-KEY??

you mean a seperat p-key,No.

is your BOX have a opening on the side which is a smartcard inserted? that box should come's with PKEY coz that box don't have smartcard inside

but if NOT then smartcard is inside and maybe losse.....

suggest you bring it back to reseller for warranty...

That BOX should come's with P-KEY...........

I don't know about this p-key,i only want it to work..Because of this z3x box problem i am not be able to work or even test well other tools that i brought from gsmserver store,i hope there are ok..
