I buy z3x months , and i never see any lg tool there
2.today i check youtube, they show me the z3x lg tool.
3 and can add from z3x shell there .add new activetion
4, just add from z3x shell .
5 why i dont have the lg tool in z3x?

You can download lg tool from z3x shell. You haven't Lg tool because you can't install LG tool.

z3x has no solution for apn. you should have checked first. this is known since service started.
