Z3X BOX not found..hardware? - GSM-Forum

I have problem, when samsung module start say "Z3X BOX not found", and after that no COM port to select..
In device manager is also nothing in port section..
Tried on two pc's, Windows XP and Windows 7, same problem..
With phones that work with USB connection all is fine, card is ok..
I think this is maybe hardware problem with some ic on board, but is this repairable?..is this ftdi ic or somting else..board looks ok..
If anyone has same problem and repair that, please help.

Temporarily solution, work on NCK box com port, probably newer FTDI ic, same pinout like Z3x..
First try with ufs emulator, with pin's corection work only on some phones, probably because older ftdi ic..

Thanks rana, when find same ftdi ic like on z3x, will replace, for now i will test nck box com port on more phones and post results..
