WHEN I TRY TO REMOVE FRP LOCK OF SAMSUNG SM-A800I IT ALWAYS SHOW-

UNLOCK INSTRUCTIONS:
Phone must be rooted!
If the software can't root the phone automatically,
then you must root your device manually.
1. Power on the phone.
2. Enable 'USB debugging' in 'Settings'-'Developer options' for Android 4.0 - 4.1.2 or
tap 7 times on 'Build number' in 'Settings'-'About phone' to enable 'Developer options' in Android 4.2+.
3. Connect the phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
4. Select device in ADB settings.
5. Press 'Unlock' button for direct unlock or 'Read codes' to read security codes.

To reset Google account activation or Samsung reactivation lock:
1. Power on phone in download mode (turn off phone, press vol.down + home + power).
2. Connect phone to PC with USB cable, install drivers if needed.
3. Press 'Reset FRP/React/EE' to deactivate Google/Samsung/EE account activation lock.
(Sometimes needs to perform 'wipe data/factory reset' once more, to complete this locks removal.)

Setup connection... OK
Reading PIT from phone... OK
Searching FRP lock... OK
Erasing FRP... OK

WHAT IS THIS PROBLEM, WHEN IT GIVEN THEN WHY NOT SUPPORT?

no response from from z3x team, really one customer come in my shop with hope that i give him result, i trust z3x box again and i second time purchase but a800i frp lock not done, yet it given, i dont deny i do so many work successfully with z3x but when come critical time( like frp a800i lock) then z3x fail why, plz make box more perfect and if give imei write or frp then z3x do otherwise............................

can remove frp by z3x use a wrong model in this case use frp kill software on the phone after flash the phone with a new firmware i successfully all time but u need download a firmware for flash after use twrp for repair phone firmware u have 2 solutions.
