z3x box not working after I formatted my system - GSM-Forum

My system waz malfunctioning some times ago so I decided to restored the system every other things are working except my Z3x box I have installed box driver and card driver but the system still showing USB SERIAL PORT. I even installed instdv_stdrk200 still the same thing. Do I need to intaslled a special drive for this to work?
Here is my system info:
Window7
64bit
