I am unsure of what else to do. I keep having issues with the USB Serial Port (This time) and other drivers quite often. I have tried many of the guides and parts will work and others not. I have tried many sets of drivers, Is there some way the makers could create one driver that simply installs and works. I just would like to find a good unlocking solution that works quickly and easily. It is sad that I have simply been ordering IMEI codes rather than use the unlocking solution I have since I dread the time and irritation of getting it to work correctly and easily.

Is there someone out there who would have a an opportunity to mentor our techs on the use of this solution. I am hoping there is a quick fix that we have simply overlooked.
