if u have win 7 x64 then it will work, otherwise not

z3x box works in all windows including win 8.1 ×64 and win 7 both versions ×86/×64.

i'm using window 7 home premium x64 but when i check device manger ports is showing (USB Serial Port) why is not showing (Z3X USB Serial Port) & Universal Serial Bus controllers is showing (USB Serial Converter) and it's not showing (Z3X USB Serial Converter)

I need help to update z3x box first time use is already registered but when next step update card firmware it cannot connect to the server I have firewall off and Antivirus off windows 8.1 64bit
