z3x card driver - GSM-Forum

Hi z3x team!

I contacted my reseller and they pointed me here for help.
The box driver is installed ok, the card driver can not be installed but it's activated and updated ok when I run shell app. I go to device manager to check device installed, there's eclamaiton mark at "USB serial converter" device. Please explain me what it is ASAP. thanks

Hi , open Control panel > device manager
what you see can you see smart card reader - e/gate usb smart card reader if yes unistall it than restart your pc and install again
from the folder C:\Program Files\Z3X\Card Drivers .

All drivers installed now, but when I run Qualcomm tool and chose model F480 then click search, it says searching Samsung Qualcomm interface no found. I tried 2 cables already, it's doing same thing. Please help

Mobile need to be ON and in qualcom mode enter thes code in your phone ( *#782872# and press ok ) now connect your phone to pc and install your phone qualcom driver you can find the driver z3x folder than run Qualcomm tool , and make your job ..

If your PC ask for Samsung Qualcomm interface drivers ...you can find it under C:\Program Files\Z3X\... directory

All drivers installed ok, of course i turn on the phone and use RJ45 cable, the phone is locked by user password, the user forgets the password, so I can't do anything to enter the code above. I try to master reset or flash the phone, but the phone not communicated with the box through Qualcomm tool. Any other solutoin?

use USB cable not RJ45 to connect the phone to pc ..........

if you want flash, first switch phone to flash mode, choice firmware and press update firmware.

I'm using z3x box to reset the user passcode, the user forgets the passcode how can I get into the phone to switch to flash mode? I use RJ45 cable to connect the phone to the box for doing its job to reset the passcode, if you connect to pc how can you reset the passcode? it's impossible.

use search button. you will have all necessary info.
