z3x com port flash phone?

Hi,

I wondering is my driver problem or z3x not support com port flashing phone.I never flash phone with com port even if i set port to "com42 z3x box serial port"

Please let me know if ur z3x com port can flash phone or same as me (cant flash with z3x com port)
