z3x comport hardware issue

Hello pls I need solution to fix my Z3x com port not working but my smart card OK. So been I ve to use UART I will ve to connect other box for dat purpose.
Driver in good shape. I tried other box n it works fyn except my own box
Pls can u give suggestions on how to fix dis ?

replace on resellers if you have warranty.
if out from warranty - buy box without card.
check eBay.
