Z3X Could not connect to server [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hello z3x team:
I write to you hoping that you will help me with my box, yesterday I bought 30 credits in gsmserver, and when I tried to check the credits in the software I got the following message: "could not connect to server" and I can not perform any operation, I was reading in forums and I think it should be a ban to my box, but I do not understand why, I have never done remote services or installed software of that type and much less I have used cracks. I hope you can help me with this problem and continue using your wonderful tool.

Thanks for answering, I already did, I think the problem is a ban of my box or my IP, I'm hoping that the Z3X team can help me because I did not perform any prohibited operation like using cracks or something like that.

why is z3x box not connecting to server (could not connect to server) the box is up to date i have about 58 cfedit on it plzzzzzzzzzzz help

Check network connections and see if you are using your connection and not the samsung modem connection from the phone. Sometimes it happens.
