Z3x Flashing Problem with every Mobile Phone ?

I have Z3x box Which I brought in the month of December 2011
but i can not flash even a phone ?
What should i do
when i flash the phone using z3x the following logs comes


Selected model: E2121B
Selected com port:
Selected speed port: 921600
Com Port open - false
Send loaders - fail
Elapsed time: 2 second, sw ver: 3.5.0033
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

so what is the solution of this problem

Dear Friend Its Driver Problem In Your PC See Your Logs It Shows (Com Port open - false), So Uninstall Previous Driver And restart Your PC Then Connect Z3X Box And Provide Driver, Your Problem Will Solve 100000000000%

iam uninstalling the divers and then re installing it and post the logs

Go to device manager, look what Com port it uses, select that port in Z3X.
