this problem has been there for the past 3 or 4 Z3x updates. Sometimes using a different cable helps me. The only solution that always work is using an older version than 38.4.

Also try to minimize z3x window, then connect phone, restore the window and then try to see if the phone is detected in z3x

Me too sometimes hangs i do not know why they dont solve this problem.

delete all the keys..

Hi guys at least I found the problem I have G610f the same problem freezing the z3x I try on two pc but same problem after that I found that the twrp is installed I hard reset but the same problem I flashed the phone with z3x and now it work 100%
