uninstall and then install samsung tool and do your work again. also disable antivirus.

when u do unlock i think ur net speed are busy with downloading
frist stop downloading
then u need to restart exe and then use an other usb cable for new driver
and do again unlock fone
for unlock this fone use 2 cable
