z3x hard to install in PC

My history the box z3x work fine for 1 week, i thought yea many people has issues installing their box, and i install super fast.
But now i'm in the same trouble my box stop recognize for the pc, only on one light then shut down. Says Driver error.

the big problem: all people can help and says, read here, read there, but the PROBLEM IS THE SAME ANSWER:

install the driver and you are fine, but i don't know why say that, if in the folder drivers are many different drivers, the BIG questions is what driver is the best for the BOX ??????????????

Setup box and card drivers:
4. Connect Z3X-Box to PC
5. Install Z3X-box Drivers from folder x:\Program Files\z3x\Box drivers\ WHICH THE ALL THIS DRIVERS WORK WITH MY BOX ?????

6. Install Z3X-box Drivers from folder x:\Program Files\z3x\Card drivers\then smart card not found anymore

WHICH THE ALL THIS DRIVERS WORK WITH MY BOX ?????

WE CAN FOUND .EXE .SYS .INF MANY FILES

NO EXPLAIN:
-THE PORT IS FINE IF SAY ONLY PORT 8 OR Z3X COM PORT 8
-THE USB IS FINE IF SAYS GENERIC USB OR Z3X USB
-IN THE CARD READER NOT EXPLAIN IF ARE OK, GENERIC PC/SC , E-GATE USB, WUDF MICROSOFT ETC OR WHICH IS THE NAME OR DEVICE WINDOWS CAN INSTALL

i know the team has a lot of work, but this BIG BUG is not 100% fixed

My recommendation: maybe some expert guy, can edit a good user manual.
Like a CONTEST, any can send a user manual for vote, and the best win a some free activation.
