Z3X installation in Windows 7 64bit

Hello all.

We are trying to install Z3x on a new computer system with Windows 7 64bit.

Everything goes as normal, however, when we open Z3x Samsung tool, we cannot select "Z3x Box" in the list of port settings, it is not there.

Did we miss something?

Thanks in advance.

Thank you.

Now to problem #2:

The smart card is not reading.

I have tried to update Rockey200 drivers and others, but still luck.

In my Device Manager, the "USB Token Device" is not recognized.
I try to point to all of the drivers afters installing the latest Shell, but still no luck?

Any other ideas?

Thanks in advance.
