Z3x Jtag cant find rj45 flashing in z3x samsung

Recently i placed order for samsung z3x box but the reseller send me z3x jtag with samsung activation but i am flashing a new samsung mobile through RJ45 cable the mobile is not detecting i checkeed with 4 mobiles but the reseller is tell in me interface is 2in1 and compatible with both softwares, cables and adapters. If you want you can check and confirm with Z3x team. please help me is it true

This is 2 in 1 Interface , you can use it for flashing / unlocking / JTAG / eMMC.
This is good to have JTAG interface , in future if you need to activate JTAG then you don't need to wait for new box , just buy activation from your reseller.
