Z3x Lies to me Help

i unlock galaxy ace I8160 box tell me unlocked but phone still locked also i find lots of things do not work in 3g tool new update only 70% of phone unlock with no problems others fail or lie to me thats 30% Z3x team please fix this before next update other is m880 and f480 z560 no longer supported in new version and is supported in 12.7 lots of models missing in new update i use this tool every day and i must say z3x team im not impressed i pay lots of money for things that dont work my programer is altering the program to make it work 100% to full speed its taken 3 weeks to find out what dosent work and all to gether 30% of 3g and 2g tool dosent work please fix it also galaxy i7500 unlock crash phone software also problem in 2gtool with s5230 direct unlock always fail and have to format phone and flash please correct that problem to please re add missing phones to 3g tool thank you

after almost 2 years using z3x never have any issue, problem or whatever, i think the best you can do is to read about unlock or flashing procedures for each model, not all the model it's the same, i think persons starting in this business think that it's a tool that u connect to usb and you got the job done, ask first, and then complain about the tool, but for me the tool it's perfect..

2.1 In tread body use full description of problem not waste our and your time while we will ask this:
- phone models,
- status of phone before any job with phone,
- phone firmware,
- cable which you use,
- if possible - screenshots or full, not cutted log of each jobs.

its mutch better if u select right model this happens only when u try to unlock S5230m and u select S5230 in SW

for anyone face problem with any box i advise to use search button and reading more and also try to test the soultions instead of blaming the supporter ...try to get and built your own experience.... goodluck

That is the good approach of work.

Unfortunatly newbies often think that buying a box allow to unlock all sets of brand that is supported, as if Samsung was selling z3x.

It often shows lack of knowledge about all points of business.

i got no problem just adviced the man how to unlock correctly s5230,coz obviously he tried to unlock s5230m under selected s5230 in sw and therefore he must flash phones to review again
