Z3x no answer from phone - GSM-Forum

I have been tested my z3x box imei reparing with gt-i9000 N7000 gt-i9300 but all phone not success. I bought original z3x box and cable but I got same error No answer from phone. What is my problem. I checked my driver and use z3x box another 2 pc but error are same No answer from phone. so suspect that z3x can be repair unkown baseband or imei null.

I want to get help from z3x team supporter. I was very disappointed on my z3x box. Who can guide me another real imei repairing box samsung phone.

Z3x we cannot fixed this issue only Try used another tools like Polar box, Furious box ,atc I think is not supported ,no one can post this issue even product supporter of Z3x so better used another tools.

I agree with lilong_lee. z3x product supporter are avoiding answer this issue. Now I think like with lilong lee. z3x can't repair new model of samsung phone. But there are good new I tested a good phone with good imei. Z3x don't show error message no answer from phone. So z3x can repair imei in phone which is all good condition.
