help please

today i face problem whith my box

when i connect box to pc only red light allumed

and green , blue light blinking and cant find smart card

any solution team .

smart card problem remove smrt driver after restart pc after install driver after working fine

First of all change box cable if problem as it is, then few mild stroke on box with hand,I am sure ur problem will solve.

and box never open whith hand.

any solution because now pc detected box like usb peripherique reconnu

Hi,

I am facing same problem, is not usb cable, is not drivers, I plug a different box and everything went fine, I plug jtag and also was working fine, but no my z3x box.

Any help????
