box hardware problem to cable problem or pc port problem.

as i told you problem in hardware.
check sim connector if smart card not detected.

hardware problem we can't check remote. if you have warranty then contact with reseller.

remove smart card from box ( and put it in any good P-key )
if box is in warranty and ( reseller in near location) go for replacement
