z3x problem with e-gate drivers on windows 7
 

Hello folks,

I just reinstalled my windows 7 and tried to install my z3x box. Basicly everything is installed except the smartcardreader.
I did everything as last time but the smartcard reader is still with a yellow excalamtion mark.

I tried the following

as taken from z3x manuals video

but the drivers provided in the download there are 32bit exclusive (or might be too old, I don't know).

So right now I'm stuck and have no clue how get this done.

Everytime I try to install I'm getting the error shown in the first picture

In the second picture you can see the driver I'm trying to install. It's the one which came with the box and worked on the previous installation.

Since my last HDD blew up I have no access to my old files.

Curious thing is. The card is ok and my z3x shows the card info without any error.

I also tried to deinstall everying, unplugged the box, restartet, plugged it in and reinstalled everything.

Anyone can help me out with this? Thanks in advance

I fixed the problem my self. Basicly just did a fresh install of windows and did z3x installation first before going to do any windows update. Everything works now.
