z3x reset efs whitout backup or write efs

I need to reset the EFS of an SM-G920T1 and cant do it because it stays stuck at backing up.
The EFS is 100% corrupt.i
The phone turns on, gets the samsung logo then the screen goes off and the blue light glows.
in order for me to fix this i know i have to fix the efs folder. but i cant if it tries to make a backup bc it stays stuck there. i assume that its because the efs is 100% corrupt

can i write the efs from adb?
