as i want to make notice this issue to z3x -team ,im posting here too(im nt intrsted n spamming forum valuable space)

really a good work u r doing here,even when most of time..product supporters r not responding/supporting users prlm here..
i must say CONGRATES..

let me come to point,

im also facing the same issue here..
sofar i sold out soo many boxes..
but this box faced prblm b4 registration by customer(i checked via team viewer)

so he(customer) return back this box..me too checked here..
problem remains the same..

asper some of the tips u gave here..relating this issues..i tried and failed!!

i tried wth 3 pcs..still remains the same..

here are my screen shots..

can u guide me,to clear my prblm here..

after trying by ur tips;changing egate reader slot max-9

z3x team/z3x xperts, help mewaiting for ur valuable tips...

im shure its not usb cable/ port problem...

changed 4 diffrnt usb cables...

used gpg a to b pro usb cable,also ipmart usb cable,changed ports(tested in onboard usb)

as i told earlier,tested in 3 diffrnt pc!!

might be problem wth card inside the box!!

ask reseller help you with box. may be bad connect cards to reader inside box.

remove driver & reinstall driver . may be ur problem solved b'coz same problem me & i seccsess .

rafik thanks for responding but the solution is not permanant it solve but when i disconnecte the box after few hours hi came back to the same problem

try using different computer, it helps me with the same problem.
