z3x samsung 18.3 crashed - GSM-Forum

I am not sure what happened but since 2 days ago, everytime I tried to unlock using Samsung 18.3, it always crashed at "Backuping Feature Mask...". It was never like this before. I attached a picture, please help. I tried 3 different samsung phones and still the same. I also uninstall and reinstall the software and still the same issue. Please advise.

backup your data in the safe mode and flash the stock ROM again over to your device, for stock ROM head over to the sammobile/firmware, also get the latest version of ODIN downloaded and flash the stock ROM over to your device with the help of ODiN.

you can skip backup nv etc

I did what you suggested and it works. But do you know why it was like this? I unlocked about 50 phones without any problems previously but the last 3 phones, this problem came up.
