Z3X SHELL 3.3 BUG Report

After installing all updates manually by downloading from support site it still says there is an update available where newer version is already installed!
And after all it does not work properly when update is available, wen you follow the update procedure, it downloads the file, installs it in the background or sometimes doesnt, because versions havent been updated, and after restarting shell the same NEWS again, but after regular update steps it still doesnt update all modules.
