i can't unlock................ is there any idea to solve this ???

pls take a look at my screenshot....

Flashing will be fixed in next qualcomm version.

Abount unlocking. = Use 2in1 cable.

After cable connected try read NVM. If reading error - this mean COM part of cables is not connected. Check com part and try again read nvm till ok. after make unlock

You not understand me.

Old phones can be unlocked via samsung mode with 2in1 cable.

In you screen №2 i see read NVM - error ( this is mean phone not connected via COM part of 2in1cable.) and this is not software problem.

You must check connector, try clean connector.
You have 100% problem in com part 2in1 cabel.

Play with cable till NVM reading was succes. Only Nvm reading mean - cable 2in1 connected good. And only after this you can unlock phone.
