please fix this problem z3x team

E2550 want to flash
when i press firmware button
it ask for press * and #
when i try this error is showing
am tried in new vertion
and also try another flash file

please fix

what is the condition of set ? check for any water log or shorted pins in charging connector, also use on board usb ports in pc for flashing.

the set is come as restart
still same condition
i tried in same another handset
it show the same error

no mate its driver problem install them in c/programe/z3x ets tested best regard
