i think problem in drivers. try resintall usb flash mode drivers, restart pc.

I have 2 pc but giving same error in both pc's ....

this may b the problem due to loose connection between smart card key ... wen ever your smart card key disconnected between operation it will generate error of violation of access

coz application is not able to get smartcard serial code

may b your pc not giving good power at usb slot

fix good usb, or buy pci to usb card and install it in pc

My problem solved with another z3xbox and another pc.... Now i dont know it is pc problem or box problem ?
